Role:
As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner , you’ll be at the heart of a mission-driven, patient-focused environment where innovation and collaboration are key. From managing chronic conditions to promoting preventive care, you’ll play a vital role in helping adults live healthier lives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver comprehensive care to adult and family populations Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health professionals Manage your own panel of patients, attend departmental meetings, and participate in workgroups Share in a rotation for after-hours patient coverage
Schedule:
Full-time role with 32 clinic hours per week 2.5 patients per hour, with time reserved for care coordination and team collaboration
Who We’re Looking For:
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP) 2+ years of experience in adult primary care or a similar setting Committed to health equity, teamwork, and continuous learning
Compensation:
