Assessments are assigned to you based on your zip code. Provide your availability M-F and Saturdays are available if desired.
Job Requirements:
Nurse Practitioner role: Effectively identify, evaluate and address disease prevention and health issues of the Medicaid Advantage member while conducting in-home visits. Responsible for recognition of acute, chronic and long term healthcare issues.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. Active/valid NP license in the state of practice.
