HealWell advanced wound care Maine Job Summary We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our mobile wound care provider practice servicing patients with advanced wounds in their homes and/or in Assisted Living Facilities, throughout the state of Maine Grow your career, connect with patients one-to one, help them heal and live a better quality of life! Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient wound assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide advanced wound care and monitor patient progress, ensuring effective communication with patients and their families. Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation and patient management. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Educate patients on health management and wellness strategies.
