Oxford, Mississippi Tyson Medical Clinic is seeking a full-time licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our direct primary care clinic in Oxford, MS. As a provider at Tyson Medical, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking healthcare team focused on restoring real relationships between patients and providers—without the burdens of insurance billing or rushed visits. In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the Tyson Drugs & G&M Pharmacy teams to streamline medication management, support prescribing decisions, and ensure safe, effective dispensing for your patients. Responsibilities Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions Perform physical exams, preventative screenings, wellness visits, and patient education Collaborate directly with our on-site pharmacists to support prescribing decisions, adjust therapies, and ensure medication safety Participate in a seamless medication dispensing process integrated with your care plan Support care initiatives, EMR documentation, and practice improvement efforts Qualifications Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in the state of Mississippi Experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care preferred Familiarity with or interest in the direct primary care model Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical reasoning skills Team-oriented with a proactive, flexible mindset Benefits We believe taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our patients.
