Combining multidisciplinary practice with compassionate, patient-centered care, we work to restore the quality of life of headache sufferers. Headache Specialty Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team of highly skilled professionals. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will join a team that works in a collaborative, outpatient clinic conveniently located off I-40/Fayetteville Road. This is a full-time position with medical benefits and malpractice insurance. Hours are weekdays (9am-5pm) with no calls or weekends. Prior experience is helpful but not required. On the job training will be provided. Salary will be commensurate with experience and training. The primary job responsibilities include the following:

• Examine, diagnose and treat your own panel of new and existing patients with headache disorders
• Longitudinal office and telehealth care of patients with available physician support
• Performing procedures (e.g., nerve blocks, Botox injections)
• Patient portal communications, medication and refill management
• Evaluating the need for immediate care or referral to other disciplines Core Competencies
