Responsibilities:

PRIMARY Ability to provide quality care in both clinic andtelehealth and meet patient volume goals targeted for tele and inpatient as determined. Lead clinic staff, in behaviors, actions andattitude (e.g. X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front OfficeSpecialists) in delivering excellent patient care. Provide guidanceas necessary to ensure quality professional services and patientAbility to perform responsibilities included on the SCRIBE jobdescription. Discuss and review patients’ medical history,symptoms, allergies, and current medications. Asking patientssituation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses inorder to provide guidance as necessary to ensure qualityprofessional services and patient satisfaction. Actively engageswith clinical leadership, elevating to management where appropriateto ensure strong patient care and resolution of concerns to ensureadherence to our company values. Ability to meet patient volumegoals targeted for tele and in-patient as determined. Ensureaccurate completion of patient charts in a timely matter andforwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis. As well as buildand maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.

Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined CMO andSupervising Physicians. Analyze and interpret patients’ histories,symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to developappropriate diagnoses. Deliver excellent patient care throughin-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendationswith attention to patient-centric care, safety, cost, and reliablyaccurate information. Ensure that the activities of the Providerare conducted in a manner that is consistent with overalldepartment expectations and are in compliance with Federal andState regulations, guidelines, and requirements including workingknowledge of all health information management issues such asHIPAA. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomousenvironment within both in-patient clinic and virtual settings.

Ability to pursue queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashionto ensure proper patient follow up. Order, perform, or interpretthe results of diagnostic tests, as well as responsibly prescribemedications and educate patients on continued treatment and care ofacute and chronic conditions. Attest and follow clinical practiceguidelines by the Office of Medical Affairs. Attend Mandatorymonthly meetings with Supervising physicians and E/M training.

Ability to perform responsibilities within standard NP/PAprotocols. Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance inthe company by completing all mandatory compliance training inorder to meet and exceed our continued quality of care. Recommends ideas within the clinic and to telehealth leadership asappropriate to improve overall patient experience and care.

Communicates regularly within team in all manners necessary tosupport excellent patient care. Welcome new employees on theirfirst day in the clinic and facilitate introductions to teammembers, clinic tours, and an overview of the clinic processes.

Actively assist new employees with learning activities andcompleting required training. Support new employee training byproviding job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching opportunitiesThe ability to build and maintain confidence and credibility withall employees. The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relationswith all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphereby acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positivework relationship with customers, co-workers and managers. Theability to perform the physical, use of senses, cognitive, andenvironmental functions of the position, as specified on thephysical demands. Ability to be knowledgeable and comply withCompany standards of operations. The ability to promote andmaintain a respectful culture of employee, employer and businessconfidentiality. The ability to consult with patients throughvirtual communication channels. Proven experience working as aTelehealth Clinician. Perform other duties as assigned bymanagement. Additional Requirements and responsibilities forAncillary Providers Responsible for on call periodically throughoutthe year Additional Requirements and responsibilities Level 1: NewGrad with up to 1 years of experience as a nurse practitioner; newgrad Physician’s Assistant with up to 1 years of experience as aphysician’s assistant Level 2: Nurse practitioner with over 1 yearsof experience and less than 5 years of experience; Physician’sassistant with over 1 years of experience and less than 5 years ofexperience as a physician’s assistant. Level 3: Nurse practitionerwith over 5 years of experience and less than 10 years ofexperience; Physician’s assistant with over 5 years of experienceand less than 10 years of experience as a physician’s assistant.

Level 4: Nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience;Physician’s assistant with over 10 years of experience as aphysician’s assistant.

Experience Requirements and Preferences:

Education:

Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or master’s degreein Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)

AND Experience:

At least 1-2years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such asUrgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit,Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred.

Current License orCertification:

License and DEA must be active, in good standing,and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency. DEA required forall providers; however, where limited by years of practice understate law, DEA will be required within 120 days of provider meetingthe minimum years of practice under state law for obtaining DEA.Providers must be able to treat all ages and must meet anycredentialing requirements needed; and DOT certification isrequired to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days ofemployment and maintained during employment.
