Position Summary:
The Client Nurse Practitionerdelivers defined patient care services in a retail clinicenvironment. You will work in collaboration with a dedicated teamof professionals as you independently provide holistic, evidencedbased care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment,management of health problems, health counseling, and dispositionplanning for our patients ranging in age 18 months and above. Careis documented via computerized electronic health record. Thisposition reports directly to the Senior Practice Manager. Client isa division of Client. Our clinic practice locations are locatedinside select Client Pharmacy and Target Stores. We are reinventingpharmacy with innovation, collaboration, caring, integrity, andaccountability. Must Have:
Verifyable High School Diploma or GED Required Yes Family NursePractitioner responsibilities include:
Patient-Centered Quality andSafety:
Educate patients on maintaining proper health to influencequality outcomes. Evaluate, make recommendations, co-manage andtreat patients’ medical needs for safe and high-quality treatment.
Document all patient care within an electronic health record. Helpdevelop Patient Centered Practice Teams. Respond to patient careinquiries throughout the day
Customer Service Excellence:
Increasepatient engagement and satisfaction through integration of feedbackfrom patients, management, and professional colleagues. Maintainall levels of communication.
Healthcare Environment Management:
Resolve conflict using appropriate management techniques. Cultivaterelationships among practice employees and retail store colleagues.
Balance priorities to manage patient care and needs. Manageclinical and non-clinical tasks. Adapt to new models of patientcare for clinic efficiency. Demonstrate core values of Client inall communications and interactions. Help with hiring anddevelopment of Practice employees. Enhance operationaleffectiveness, emphasizing cost containment without jeopardizingimportant innovation or quality of care. Validates insurancecoverage and incorporates knowledge into care plan
Experience:
AllNP resumes must have the completed candidate questionnaireattached. 2 years of professional experience as a Family NursePractitioner. Per state regulations, application for DEA may berequired at time of offer.
Education:
Completion of a MastersDegree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with currentNational Board Certification and State of Employment license topractice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role required.
