• UNCPN and UNC Primary Care at Clayton, located in Clayton, NC, are currently seeking an experienced, fulltime, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Acute Care Physician Assistant to join their team.

• + 1-year Primary Care APP Experience Require + Existing Primary Care Clinic beginning new APP Acute Care/Transition service + Flexibility in patient make up: Up to 100% Acute Overflow Care with some flexibility with continuity if preferred + Responsible for acute access in clinic along with regional hospital and ED follow ups

• Schedule:

• + Monday- Friday + 8 am to 5 pm + No weekends and no evenings + Fulltime
