What You’ll Do Whole-Person Clinical Care Lead psychiatric evaluations and comprehensive mental health assessments Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of psychiatric conditions—ranging from mood and anxiety disorders to trauma, psychosis, and dual diagnoses Design and deliver personalized treatment plans that blend medication management with therapeutic strategies Administer and monitor psychotropic medications for safety and effectiveness Integrate evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing into care approaches Provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when appropriate for substance use support Empower individuals and families with education on treatment, medication, and recovery strategies Team-Based Collaboration Be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers Share insights and guidance with schools, community partners, and support systems Engage in regular team huddles, case consults, and supervision meetings to ensure top-tier care coordination Clinical Excellence & Compliance Maintain clear and timely documentation in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans based on evolving needs Stay informed on the latest in psychiatric care, addiction science, and mental health trends Education & Advocacy Act as an advocate and resource within the broader community to promote awareness and reduce stigma Mentor and support clinical team members, contributing to a culture of continuous growth and learning What We’re Looking For Licensed
PMHNP-BC
(or PA with strong psychiatric experience) Master’s or Doctorate in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing from an accredited program Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience working with a diverse population (including youth and adults) Skilled in substance use treatment and managing co-occurring disorders Grounded in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention techniques Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to whole-person healing Tech-savvy with experience in EHRs and virtual care platforms
