Qualifications:

Active unrestricted license Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Active DEA Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations including progress notes and evaluations We’re here to set you up for success!
