Part-Time Psychiatric Provider My Recovery Place Southern Pines, NC 28387
- Hybrid work We are seeking a reliable and compassionate psychiatric provider (PMHNP, PA, or MD/DO) to support our medication monitoring program serving men and women recently released from federal prison on pre-trial or post-conviction status.

- Conduct psychiatric evaluations for clients referred to the program.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications and Suboxone as clinically appropriate.
- Monitor medication adherence and ensure timely refills and follow-up.
- Collaborate with program staff to support client stability and recovery.
- Maintain professional and compliant documentation. Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license (PMHNP, PA, or MD/DO) in North Carolina.
- DEA license with Suboxone (buprenorphine) waiver or willingness to obtain.
- Experience with addiction, re-entry populations, or community mental health preferred.
- Must be organized, dependable, and comfortable managing a flexible schedule.
- Strong communication and EMR documentation skills. Position Details
- Flexible part-time hours – based on client referrals.
- Will see clients in the office or via telehealth when appropriate.
Compensation:
