PrimaryResponsibilities:

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools anddiagnostic criteria to formulate comprehensive treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications per establishedprotocols and clinical guidelines; monitor medication efficacy andside effects, adjusting treatment plans to optimize patientoutcomes

Minimum Requirements:

• Clear, active and unrestricted PsychiatricMental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in the state ofNorth Carolina
• Board certified as a

PMHNP-BC

by the AmericanNurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or eligible for boardcertification

• Active DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration)registration
• Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider inthe Medicare program or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable)prior to starting a new position

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2years of clinical experience in psychiatric/mental health nursingin an outpatient setting
• Experience providing patient education,specifically regarding medication treatment adherence and aftercareservices
• Experience working with patients in different agegroups, including older adults

The salary range for this role is $104,500 to $156,00annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined astotal cash compensation at target.
