Carolina QuickCare is hiring a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Full Time) for our Rocky Mount clinic. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you’ll be the clinical leader on shift-diagnosing and treating episodic injuries and illness, performing urgent-care procedures, and guiding a tight-knit team of MAs and rad techs to deliver an exceptional patient experience. You’ll practice at the top of your license in a fast-paced setting without primary-care panels or after-hours call, supported by efficient workflows, on-site digital x-ray, and a collaborative medical director. WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT
- $60-$70/hr base + $8 per patient beyond 38 (12-hr shift).
- $10 000 sign-on for FT starts by [8/31] – paid 50% at 6 mos / 50% at 12 mos.
- Pure urgent care – no primary-care panels, no call.
- Day-1 PTO accrual, $1 000 CME + EB Medicine, $300/mo loan help after 6 mos, 401(k) match.
- Paid orientation program; credentialed in 14-21 days.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Diagnose & treat episodic illness/injury for all ages.
- Perform procedures: suturing, splinting, I&D, digital blocks.
- Order/interp x-ray & labs; chart same day in Experity EHR.
- Lead a team of 2 MAs / Rad Techs per shift.
SCHEDULE
- 12-hr shifts, 3 days/week (36 hrs) – rotating weekends.
- PRN extra shifts always available.
MUST-HAVES
- Active
NC FNP/PA
license (or eligible within 60 days).
- ≥1 yr recent UC/ED/high-acuity FM experience.
- Current
