About the

Position:

Mix of Inpatient and Outpatient practice, Mon-Fri schedule. Inpatient responsibilities include new consults, stress test supervision, follow-up visits, and early discharges. Outpatient responsibilities include new patient clinic visits and follow-up visits along with timely administrative tasks in Epic EMR. Full-service cardiology practice – 30+ experienced providers in 6 clinic locations supporting 5 hospitals in the region. Be a member of the FirstHealth Physician Group, a team of 400+ hospital-employed providers.

Qualifications:

NP must be a graduate of a Nurse Practitioner Education program and have national certification. PA must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification. Prefer 2+ years of advanced practice experience Cardiology. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion in decision making.
