in Reidsville, NC invites Adult and Family Practice Nurse Practitioners to apply for a position in our outpatient primary care practice. We seek to hire a compassionate, experienced, and highly motivated individual to join our growing group of providers. Qualified candidates will work Monday through Friday 7:45am to 5:00pm. Confidence in working independently is a must within the context of a very supportive, collaborative team. We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive health care that includes: Establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families. Diagnosing and treating chronic conditions and acute illnesses Preparing and modifying individualized care plans in a patient- centered setting Providing and modifying prescription medication therapies Connecting patients with diagnostic services and specialist care as needed Providing patient and family support and education to promote healthy living, disease prevention and self-care Collaborating with the physician as necessary to maximize patient outcomes Candidates MUST be knowledgable in managing chronic diseases. Previous experience in primary care is preferred but well-qualified recent graduates will be considered.
