We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled NP to join our collaborative team of medical professionals. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide direct patient care in our clinic setting. You will be responsible for performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting tests, and focus on preventive, primary and urgent care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough physical exams and health assessments Educate patients on health management and preventive care. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans. Monitor patients’ progress throughout treatment. Communicate with patients, families, healthcare team members and others. See patients via Telehealth and in – person office visits. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff t ensure continuity of care.
