NP (Nurse Practitioner);PA (Physician’s Assistant) General Surgery KbRani Wolfeboro, NH 03894 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, with a focus on both outpatient care and critical situations. Your expertise in various medical settings, including nursing homes and pediatric care, will be essential in delivering comprehensive healthcare services. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine health needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient diagnoses. Provide treatment for acute and chronic illnesses, including administering medications and therapies. Perform procedures such as IV insertion and triage for patients in need of immediate care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and families about health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Skills Proficiency in using neonatal ventilators for critical care situations. Experience in managing patients in nursing home settings. Strong background in pediatric care, particularly with children experiencing complex health issues. Ability to perform dialysis procedures when required. Excellent triage skills to prioritize patient needs effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining independence in decision-making.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts No call required
