Job Description
- Family Medicine Opening in Colebrook, NH
- Full Time & Permanent Position.
- Experience required.
- Job Description
- Provider must have minimum of 2 years in practice in outpatient primary care, rural health clinic experience preferred.
- Able to work autonomously.
- Must be Board Certified.
- Office location is in Colebrook NH.
- Direct patient care time will be split between acute care and established patient panel.
- Replacement for provider that is retiring.

Primary Care:
- Pediatric through Geriatric.
- High elderly population.
- Experienced in Chronic Disease Management.
- 16-22 patients per day.
- 36 patient hours, 4hrs of admin time
- NO CALL.
- EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation.
- Supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistant.
