Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) Start before 9/2/25 for ongoing long-term need Schedule would be 4 to 5 days per week Approx 12-16 ppd 100% outpatient setting Adult patient population Duties include evaluations, med management, minor in-office procedures (trigger point injections, occipital blocks, Botox) Minimum of two years of experience required Must be comfortable working autonomously Once comfortable, candidate may be asked to travel to a second location, travel time paid Locum to perm option available Active NH license, DEA, X-waiver, ACLS, BLS Competitive hourly rate, mileage, lodging, malpractice provided Please refer to job ID #5726
