Reporting to the Medical Director, the Cardiovascular NursePractitioner will work independently functioning within the scopeof professional licensure. This department offers diagnosis,treatment, and management of various heart diseases, includingnon-invasive and minimally invasive procedures. Responsibilitiesinclude daily rounding, developing care plans and performingbedside procedures, writing orders for medications or diagnostictests, ensuring accurate documentation appropriate for coding andbilling, coordinating discharge or transfer services, andsupporting the overall mission of the organization.
