Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant/Physician Pelham Healthcare Associates PLLC 49 Atwood Road, Pelham, NH 03076 Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to needed for a private primary care practice providing high quality healthcare related services to communities in Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. This practice has received NCQA recognition as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home since 2011. Open to Part time or full time candidate.
Located in Tax free NH. The practice has 2 physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners. Primary Care Services offered include, but are not limited to: Comprehensive primary care for ages 15 & over, yearly physicals, school physicals, work physicals, GYN exams, diabetes control, hypertension control, minor surgical procedures, immunizations, sleep study, and Holter Monitor Event Monitor.
