Location:

Hybrid•Remote & In-Office (Optional offices in Hampton and Concord, NH)

Schedule:

Full-Time, 32 hours per week (Option to increase to 40 hours)

Compensation:

$120,000•130,000 annually, based on experience

Full comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, retirement contributions, and continuing education support We are urgently hiring a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative mental health team. This is a salaried position with flexible hours and a strong benefits package. We are seeking a clinician who is comfortable prescribing psychiatric medications to children ages 5 and up, as well as across the lifespan. You will work closely with therapists and other members of our clinical team to provide holistic, patient-centered care, with an emphasis on collaboration, client education, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for clients ages 5+ Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including ongoing monitoring of efficacy and side effects Provide psychoeducation to clients and families about medication options, risks, benefits, and alternatives Offer guidance and support to clients choosing not to engage in medication management Collaborate with therapists and other providers to ensure integrated, coordinated care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Monitor for medication interactions, adherence, and client progress Participate in case consultations and clinical team meetings Respond to urgent client needs, medication refill requests, and treatment updates as appropriate Stay current on best practices, emerging medications, and continuing education in psychiatry

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license with psychiatric certification (PMHNP-BC) Comfortable and experienced in prescribing for children (ages 5+) through adults Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care Experience working in outpatient mental health settings preferred
