PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER
Position Overview:

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive psychopharmacological treatment within our residential program, as well as having the opportunity to contribute across our Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient Programs. This position is part-time, approximately 16 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and provide psychopharmacological treatment to patients in the Residential program. Offer expert consultation to a multidisciplinary team and participate in family therapy sessions. Attend and participate in weekly clinical rounds Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with state regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

Certification by the ANCC as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or as a Family Nurse Practitioner with mental health experience. Strong clinical communication and organizational skills. Experience in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Background in eating disorders treatment is preferred.
