Locum Tenens NP (Nurse Practitioner);PA (Physician’s Assistant) Hospitalist KbRani Claremont, NH 03743 Nurse Practitioner Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients, focusing on both preventive and acute health needs. This role involves working with diverse patient populations, including children and individuals with developmental disabilities. The Nurse Practitioner will utilize their clinical expertise to perform diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations for patients of all ages, particularly toddlers and children. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on diagnostic evaluations. Administer treatments, including botulinum toxin treatment, as appropriate. Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients with developmental disabilities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Athenahealth. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols in all patient interactions. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing and healthcare. Skills Proficient in using electronic health record systems, particularly Epic and Athenahealth. Strong clinical skills in toddler care and experience working with children. Knowledgeable in diagnostic evaluation processes and treatment planning. Familiarity with ophthalmology practices is a plus. Ability to work effectively with individuals who have developmental disabilities. Excellent communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams. Strong understanding of infection control measures in clinical settings.

Pay:

$111,653.00 – $150,000.00 per year
