Anchored Adolescent & Child Psychiatry is a nurse practitioner-owned outpatient psychiatry practice focused on building strong, lasting relationships with children, adolescents, and their families. We prioritize time, trust, and connection — no 15-minute med checks, no rushed visits. Our goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care that supports each patient’s growth over time. We’re located in Marmora, NJ, just minutes from the beach, and we’re looking for a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who values depth over volume and wants to work in a practice where patient relationships truly matter.

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments for children and adolescents Diagnose, develop treatment plans, and manage medications Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families over time Collaborate with parents, schools, and other providers as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR Participate in team communication and case consultation

Qualifications:

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in New Jersey (or in process) Strong interest in child and adolescent psychiatry Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills Prior outpatient experience preferred New graduates welcome if aligned with our mission and eager to grow

Compensation:

Competitive base salary with additional earnings through productivity bonuses Estimated total compensation: $65,000-$80,000/year (for 2-3 days/week) Clinical time averages ~$60-$75 per hour, depending on caseload
