Job Description About the Role We are seeking a compassionateand skilled full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join ourgastroenterology practice at the Center for TeaneckGastroenterology!. The ideal candidate will provide high-qualitycare to patients with gastrointestinal disorders, working closelywith our team of physicians and healthcare professionals. This is ahybrid role and will include inpatient and outpatient duties.

JobDescription:

Essential Skills:

• Knowledge of pertinent medical anddrug information necessary to examine and treat gastroenterologypatients.
• Current provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS) andAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Has, or eligible for,hospital privileges
• Comfortable multitasking with a sharpattention to detail
• Can perform duties accurately in a timely andefficient manner.
• Can demonstrate exemplary patient serviceskills and display courteousness and respect.
• Excellentinterpersonal skills, with a strong ability to remain cordialthroughout the workday as well as to maintain patience underoccasional stressful situations.
• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
• Computer skills: Electronic medicalrecords, MS Office
• Demonstrates strong time management skills andorganizational skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA Laws andsafeguards and be able to always follow these guidelines.

Requirements:

• NJ License in goood standing
• DEA CDA
• Prior GIexperience a plus
