Nurse Practitioner, Hormone Replacement Therapy & Weight Loss Ageless Skin and Lasers Sewell, NJ 08080 We are seeking a highly motivated, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate has experience or a strong interest in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for both men and women, including testosterone replacement (TRT) , bioidentical hormone therapy , and medically supervised weight loss including GLP-1s (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide) . You will assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans that help patients reach their wellness goals, while educating and guiding them through their journey. Responsibilities Conduct in-depth consultations, review labs, and evaluate hormone levels, symptoms, and medical history Develop and prescribe personalized treatment plans for hormone optimization and weight loss Provide patient education on HRT, lifestyle modifications, supplement use, and medication protocols Monitor progress through follow-up appointments and lab reviews Maintain accurate EMR documentation Collaborate with support staff to ensure seamless care Stay updated on the latest research in HRT, peptide therapy, and metabolic medicine Qualifications Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey DEA license 2-3 years experience in one or more: primary care, endocrinology, hormone therapy, weight loss, or functional medicine Excellent communication and patient education skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Experience with telemedicine (if applicable) Preferred but not required: Experience prescribing TRT, BHRT, or peptides Certification or training in functional or integrative medicine Familiarity with semaglutide, tirzepatide, or lipotropic injections What We Offer Competitive compensation + bonus structure Flexible scheduling Supportive team and work environment Opportunities for growth and continuing education
