Job Description:

The Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients. The Advanced Practice Provider works within the construct of a multidisciplinary patient care team under the direction of a physician. He or she works with additional clinical and support staff to ensure safe, effective, quality person-centered care.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant program 2. Active certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant 3. Active NJ licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant 4. Basic Life Support certification 5. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
