Position Overview:

We’re seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in a salaried role. You’ll conduct evaluations, manage medications, and collaborate with our therapy and coaching team to offer comprehensive, person-centered care to patients experiencing a wide range of mental health needs. This position offers a flexible weekly schedule with a combination of remote and on-site work, built-in administrative support, and opportunities for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management appointments Collaborate with therapists, prescribing clinicians, and coaches on treatment plans that serve the overall well-being of each patient Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our EHR Deliver care that is inclusive, ethical, and aligned with best practices Participate in team meetings and 1:1 case consultations

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Active NJ license as a PMHNP Active DEA and CDS licenses 2+ years of outpatient psychiatric experience preferred Excellent communication skills and clinical judgment Proficiency in electronic health records Experience with mood, anxiety, ADHD, substance use, psychotic, and personality disorders Medicare credentialing is a plus, but not required
