Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner – Belle Mead, New Jersey Position Available In Somerset, New Jersey

Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner Hackensack Meridian Health Carrier Clinic Belle Mead, New Jersey Hackensack Meridian Health seeks an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team! The successful candidate will provide patient-centered coordinated care demonstrated through leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision making. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with members of the practice and hospital team to assess, plan and implement care for individuals with health and safety needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct medical assessments, clearances, and treatments per regulatory and company standards. Develop and implement evidence-based care plans tailored to occupational health needs. Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and provide immunizations within scope of practice. Serve as a clinical resource and educator for patients, staff, and employers. Float to multiple clinic locations and contribute to process improvements and best practices. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of an

NLN/AACN

accredited program in nursing Masters Degree Maintains clinical competencies through participating in continuing educational programs (contact hours per years), and clinical practice as mandated by Board of Nursing and national certification body. Experience in relevant patient care setting or as regulations dictate.: Minimum of 3 years professional experience. Strong organizational and computer skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Emotional intelligence, critical thinking and effective interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities Valid Drivers license NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License. Advanced Practice Nurse Certification (w/ Master’s Degree). AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.

COMPENSATION

Starting Base Salary:

$117,395.20 Annually HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. Budget and Grant Funding:
