Practice Highlights:
- General outpatient primary care practice
- Full time, part time and 4-day work week options available

Primary Responsibilities:
- Work to the top ofyour licensure while providing excellent primary care to patients
- Provide care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective forvarious health conditions
- Practice evidence-based medicine
- Workcollaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provideindividualized treatment for patients You’ll be rewarded andrecognized for your performance in an environment that willchallenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes tosucceed in your role as well as provide development for other rolesyou may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
- BoardCertified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate by AANP, ANCC,or NCCPA
- Master’s degree from a four-year college and/or aprofessional certification beyond a four-year degree.
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of Oregon required prior tostart date
- Current OR DEA certificate required prior to startdate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Primary care outpatientexperience as an NP or PA The salary range for this role is$104,500 to $156,000 annually based on full-time employment.
Pay isbased on several factors including but not limited to local labormarkets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
