This full-time position focuses on evaluating and treating patients with acute and chronic pain conditions in an outpatient setting . The selected provider will work closely with Interventional Pain Specialists to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patient needs.

Position Details:

Setting:

Outpatient clinic

Schedule:

Four 10-hour days (Monday – Thursday)

Patient Volume:

Approximately 20 patients per day

Call:

No call requirements

Team Structure:

Work alongside two Physicians, another full-time APP, and a strong administrative team in a collaborative and supportive environment

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations and assist in the development of individualized treatment plans Collaborate with physicians to determine appropriate treatment modalities and medication management Provide patient education and support to improve outcomes and quality of life Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Qualifications:

Active NP or PA licensure (or eligibility) Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or a related field is preferred but not required Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centered care
