This assignment is for 8 weeks and ideal candidates will have at least a minimum of two (2) years in clinical nursing practice in-home care, care management, or related field required

Hour Nurse Practitioner Supervisor Requirements:

Minimum of two (2) years in clinical nursing practice in-home care, care management, or related field required. Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with a frail or elderly population or, if the individual has less than one (1) year of experience but meets all other requirements, must receive appropriate training from the PACE organization. – Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in NY required.
