Primary Care PA/NP- Copake Family Care – Part Time Columbia Memorial Hospital located in the upper Hudson Valley region of Upstate New York, 2 hours north of NY City and 30 minutes south of Albany, NY. It is a 192-bed facility with 39 outpatient Care Centers whose philosophy is “Patients First,” emphasizing safety and quality in patient care. The area offers the best in/outdoor activities year-round as well as an extensive array of cultural and artistic venues. Summary/Objective:

We have a part-time NP/PA opening to work in our Copake Family Care Office. The position is for an outpatient practitioner. The applicant would be part of a hospital-owned primary care group practice. You will have the support of a strong administrative team. Our aim is to help you shape it to your practice style.
