Qualifications:
Education:
Master’s degree in Nursing (NP)
Licensure:
Active New York State License and Board Certification.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in Pain Management.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in patient assessments, care planning, physical exams, and infection-control protocols.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, empathy, and patient education abilities. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Record patient medical histories and symptoms. Develop and update individualized patient care plans. Perform physical exams and ongoing patient observations. Adhere to infection-control policies to ensure safety. Educate and counsel patients and families on pain management strategies.
