Welcome to Allied Digestive Health! We areseeking a Full Time (FT) Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Familyat Gastroenterology Medical associates in Jersey City, NJ. As aNurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in deliveringhigh-quality healthcare services to patients across various agegroups. Your primary responsibility will be to conductcomprehensive clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, andprovide ongoing management of patient care in family medicine,geriatrics, and pediatrics. You will collaborate with amultidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and effective painmanagement, addressing both acute and chronic health issues. Thisposition requires a strong commitment to patient education andadvocacy, empowering individuals to make informed health decisions.

Ultimately, your expertise will contribute to improved healthoutcomes and enhanced quality of life for the patients you serve.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Nursing with aspecialization as a Nurse Practitioner. Current Nurse Practitionerlicense and certification in Family Medicine or a related field. Atleast 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting. Thisis a Outpatient role. Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in pain management and traumacare. Certification in geriatrics or pediatrics. Bilingual skillsto communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough clinical assessments andevaluations of patients to determine their healthcare needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based onevidence-based practices. Monitor patient progress and adjusttreatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Educate patients and their families on health management,preventive care, and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate withphysicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to providecomprehensive care.

The required skills of clinicalassessments and patient safety are essential for accuratelydiagnosing and managing patient conditions on a daily basis. Yourexpertise in family medicine will guide your interactions withpatients, allowing you to provide tailored care that meets theirunique needs. Skills in pain management will enable you to addresscomplex pain issues, ensuring that patients receive appropriaterelief and support. Additionally, your knowledge of geriatrics andpediatrics will enhance your ability to care for patients acrossthe lifespan, fostering a holistic approach to health.
