Friday Hours:
8:30am to 5pm
Setting:
Outpatient Patient Volume:
12 to 15 patients per day

Clinicalworks Responsibilities:
Conducting routine physical examinations and health assessments for adult patient population Providing preventive care, including immunizations and screenings Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
1+ years of applicable experience, will train the right candidate Bachelor’s Degree One of the following NYS licensures: FNP, ANP, and/or PA Bilingual (English and Bengali) Solid assessment, clinical and documentation skills Patient oriented Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized
Desired Skills:
Medicare / Medicaid Prescriber certification
