Responsibilities:
Full scope of primary care/preventative care for our geriatric patients within a nursing home.
Requirements :
Valid NP license in the state of NY At least 1 year of experience working as an NP Primary Care experience- strongly preferred Ok with nursing home setting Great bedside manner
