We are currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with experience in Primary Care and/or Urgent Care to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform comprehensive physical exams and health assessments Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work Refer patients to specialists or additional services as needed Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree (or higher) in Nursing (APRN) Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license and national board certification Valid prescriptive authority in NY Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a primary care or urgent care setting Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required
