Position Highlights & Job Responsibilities:

• Independentpractice with a strong affiliation with local tertiary carehospitals that provide a full range of Endocrinology medicine
• Direct and manage a complete continuum of quality-based care withinthe interdisciplinary team

• Responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases andinjuries of the ear, nose, throat, pharynx, sinuses, larynx,thyroid, oral cavity, salivary glands, and esophagus
• Examinespatients in clinic and performs surgical procedures as needed
• Consult with patients to understand their health concerns andperform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients
• Consultwith patient’s primary care physician and other specialists asneeded

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestrictedlicensure in the state of New York or has New York application inprocess
• Fellowship trained and Board Certification or BoardEligibility in Endocrinology
• Active and unrestricted DEA Licenseor ability to obtain prior to start The salary range for this roleis $208,000 to $352,000 annually based on full-time employment.

Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. Theactual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based uponexperience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factorsincluding but not limited to local labor markets, education, workexperience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies withall minimum wage laws as applicable.
