• Per diem,hourly clinician role

• 8-23 patientcare hours per week What you’ll be working on:
• Seeing patientswith a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute,chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treatingpatients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-healthvisits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via dailyhuddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization ofyour specific clinical training and opportunities to performin-office procedures One Medical providers also demonstrate:

• The ability tosuccessfully communicate with and provide care to individuals ofall backgrounds
• The ability to effectively use technology todeliver high quality care
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-basedprimary care

• The ability to confidently navigate uncertainsituations with both patients and colleagues
• Readiness to adaptpersonal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of ourpatients Education, licenses, and experiences required for thisrole:
• Completed an accredited NP program with a nationalcertification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an AdvancedPractitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary caresetting, OR
• 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupledwith either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1 year in an urgentcare setting
• State licensed in New York, obtained by your OneMedical start date Benefits

One Medical is committed to fair and equitablecompensation practices. The hourly rate for this role is $94.00.Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors suchas practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional paymay be determined for those candidates that exceed these specifiedqualifications and requirements. The total compensation package forthis position may also include benefits.
