The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic illnesses. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patient health status. Provide primary care services in a Level I Trauma Center setting. Administer injections and perform minor procedures as needed. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Work with individuals with disabilities, ensuring appropriate accommodations and support. Participate in utilization review processes to ensure quality care delivery. Maintain accurate patient records using eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems. Assist in sterile processing procedures to ensure a safe clinical environment. Provide care in assisted living facilities as required. Stay updated on best practices in the field, including the administration of dermal fillers. Requirements Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure. Experience in a clinical setting, particularly within trauma centers or assisted living environments is preferred. Proficiency in administering injections and performing physical examinations. Familiarity with sterile processing techniques and working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and team members. Knowledge of eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems is a plus. •
