Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant•4×10 in Midtown 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars New York, NY 10040 We are hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an innovative care team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Midtown Manhattan. This practice is redefining healthcare delivery by focusing on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management—all in a modern, thoughtfully designed setting.

Schedule:
4x10s (Monday•Friday)
Hours:
8:00 AM•6:00 PM or 7:00 AM•5:00
PM Location:
Manhattan (Facility-based•no home visits)
Responsibilities:
Perform detailed health assessments, physicals, and screenings Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Prescribe medications, order labs and imaging, and develop care plans Perform in-facility procedures (phlebotomy, IV insertion, EKGs, etc.) Provide lifestyle and wellness counseling, focused on prevention and longevity Collaborate closely with your pod team and in-house specialists Maintain clear and compliant documentation in the EMR Required Experience Licensed NP in New York State (FNP, AGNP, or ANP) or Licensed Physician Assistant in New York State 3+ years of hospital experienceProficient with diagnostic and point-of-care testing tools Committed to collaborative care, patient education, and preventive medicine
