We are currently looking for a part-time

PMHNP-BC

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication, therapy or a combination of both. Work with a team of providers. Proactively follow-up with clients at minimum on a monthly basis to assess for efficacy of recommended interventions and ongoing care until treatment goals are achieved. Appointments are 60 minutes for new patients and 30 minutes for follow up appointments. Work can be in-person or hybrid.

Requirements :

New York State License ANCC Board Certification hour) based on experience ABPN BE/BC and expertise DEA license assistance Excellent communication and documentation abilities Must have own computer
