Physician Assistant and/ or Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner Position Available In New York, New York

About us: Cheuk W. Lau MD.PC. ( Pediatric Clinic)

• Our private Pediatric practice, with offices located in Manhattan and Brooklyn, is looking for a licensed
• Physician Assistant
• and
• Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner
• to join our well-established practice on a full-time or part-time basis. Candidates should have an interest in serving the Pediatric population. (Preferred bilingual in English and Chinese but not necessary). Only on call is when Dr. Lau is on vacation. Other times
• no on calls
• at night.

• Responsibilities:

• Help provide primary care to patients.
• Perform physical exams.
• Record patient medical histories/symptoms to electronic medical records
• Diagnose health issues and formulate plans for patients.
• Order, administer and analyze diagnostic tests.
• Administer vaccinations and treatments and evaluate patient response.
• Consult and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention and managing illnesses or injuries.

• Qualifications:

• Current license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Pediatric or Family specialty) in New York State
• Preferred bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) but not necessary.
• Previous experience relevant to the area of clinical practice is preferred but not necessary.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

From $135,000.00 per year Expected hours: 40 per week
