This role involves providing comprehensive mental health care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various psychiatric conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing and be committed to improving the lives of individuals with mental health challenges. Duties Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide psychotherapy and counseling to patients and their families. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Administer medications and manage pharmacological treatments. Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
