This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Duties Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health record systems Provide education to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options. Stay updated on ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes. Requirements Valid Nurse Practitioner license in NY state. Proficiency in electronic health record systems Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
