Coverage:

Mid August

• ongoing Practice setting:

NICU Level III Schedule:

Weekend coverage for 12 and/or 24 hour shifts

Average Number of Patients Per Day:

8-9

Neonatal Required Procedures:

• Nursery Leve

III NICU

• Ventilation Management
• Invasive (ETT)
• Non-invasive (BiPAP/CPAP)
• Chest Tube Insertion
• Exchange Transfusions
• UAC/UVC placement LPs
• Evaluation & Management of Acute Volume/BP Issues
• Insertion of Central Line
• Insertion of Arterial Line

Diagnostic/Therapeutic Taps Support Staff:

Neonatologist present during the day and on call available 24 hours otherwise

EMR :

Epic You will not be eligible for this unless you meet the following requirements: Board Certified

• Neonatology/experienced NICU PA
• REQUIRED Active NY license

• REQUIRED

  Must have experience and be comfortable managing patients independently
