OurPrimary Care practice in Oxford is looking for a Nurse Practitioneror Physician Assistant to join our growing team. You’ll workalongside experienced providers with excellent support staff in awell-located, easily accessible office—just minutes from localshops, restaurants, and the Quarry Walk. Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants Role Scope:

Underestablished guidelines and in collaboration and/or supervision withthe practice physician(s), Nurse Practitioners and PhysicianAssistants perform routine physical examinations, and formulatemedical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients. Inconsultation with the physician(s) and care team members, NursePractitioners and Physician Assistants develop plans for furtherevaluation of health needs, e.g., referral to other health teammembers or specialists. Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistantsprovide appropriate treatment for problems within the scope of theprovider’s practice as designated by protocols and identifiesproblems outside of their scope of practice and refersappropriately to physician.

Qualifications Requirements :

Licensure:

Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)

Training :

APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or

PAExperience :
