Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical examinations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Prescribe medications and treatments. Provide patient education and counseling. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish) fluency required Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program. Current Nurse Practitioner license. Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Adult Health or Family Health. New Graduates welcomed. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
